Question

What Happens When ...?

Jan 10, 2015 5:17AM PST

I have installed new anti-virus software. Now I want to uninstall AVG. During the process it asks me if I want to remove the contents from the virus vault. If I choose yes, what happens? Are these infected files/viruses removed entirely from my computer, or are they set free to attack again?

when it deletes the vault, it will take everything in it with it. I would like to suggest using avg's remover tool to uninstall avg so there will not be issues later.
