What happens if (when) Bush loses?

by Bob / October 8, 2004 7:04 PM PDT

I have never liked the idea of a defeated President running around unobserved or unmonitored for two months before going out of office. It seems to invite dishonesty and makes me nervous. As we all know, all of the former Presidents have not been honorable men. The way that I understand it we just have to rely on their honesty and honor and hope for the best. I think that we all believe that a defeated politician should go out of office that day but it has never been changed. Why not?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
