Preview will allow you to add comments and draw on the image. You already have that on your Mac.
iPhoto will allow you to crop and resize images. You already have that too.

I just posted (or thought I did) a question about a photo editing program for 10.6.8. I would like to know what program I could get that will allow me to add comments, crop, resize and draw on the image. Free, of course. If I can't get a free one which would be cheapest and still do what I need?
I went to my tracked discussions to make sure it posted and there is nothing there! I had maybe 8-10 discussions I was saving for future reference and they are gone. Also, the question I just posted a few minutes ago is not there, either.
So, pls forgive me if it did post and this is the 2nd time I'm asking. I'm not trying to be tricky. I would like to know what program to use but now I would like to know where all my other discussions went???
