what happen?

my start button is on top of my screen and when im on line its like i cant see all of the screen i mean its like blown up. can any body can help?

The cowboy is right. It never hurts to include as much information on your system as you can.
Even without knowing all that, I will make one little suggestion that may help. There should be a thin line right next to the start button that you can grab on most windows systems. Try grabbing this by clicking and holding down the left mouse button, then dragging it back down to the bottom of the screen.
