Question

What functionality should this IT website have?

Dec 19, 2013 4:27AM PST

It will provide insurance / service / support to desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, unlimited cloud backup & storage, etc and service all types of clients (including government GSA). The website will be database driven with excellent analytics and security and will have information about international partnerships and retail walk in repair stores in various parts of the US for smartphones, tablets, and laptops.

Sounds like you only need to go do it. However have you ever dealt in international areas? Why I ask is that shipping across borders is treacherous to just expensive. High value items just vanish which pushes you into higher shipping costs and then you have the usual tariffs, import duties and well, sometimes long delays.

I'm sure you know your business and would not blink as the clients flame you over the repair/support over borders costing more than the phone is worth.
