I've seen folks having compatibility problems when they format anything else. If you need something faster, go for an external USB3 hard drive.

Good luck.
I have a 32GB Lexar JumpDrive M10 - Secure USB 3.0 (The company claims it has speeds of up to 100MB/s read, 30MB/s w/ USB 3.0) writeand the average file size I have sent to it is about 157.50MB am wondering what the fastest file system for it is. Also, is it worth it to for me to make it's Allocation unit size to the highest possible at the expense of the space .
