Well, this inquiry about apps for the J3 didn't garner any responses. Cowon is petty much out to lunch on customer service. Their Website doesn't really work--I can't contact their Custome Service, assuming they really have any.

I want some basic information:

- clear instructions for using Windows Media Player to automatically sync to the J3. From what I have seen that will not work, but perhaps I'm missing something. I prefer Media Player to manage this stuff, but the J3 doesn't seem to play nice with auto sync--you have to manually set up the list you want to sync to the J3. Ridiculous.

- clear instruction on how to get album art to transfer & show up on the J3. I haven't found any clear instructions that make sense.
