What does "annoyed" taste like to you?

Jun 2, 2006 8:15AM PDT

Anchovies are def. gross, but I'd have to go with NECCO WAFERS... those things are HORRID (5 whole flavors of gross), and someone always gives them to you for halloween... now that's ANNOYING!

I also hated those things growing up but now if I pick them up and smell them, it's like a time transporter. I still can't bring myself to eat one, though.

"5 whole flavors of gross." Heh... true.

Jun 2, 2006 9:08AM PDT

But not in a good Mexican food spicy way. IN a bad spoiled weird gross spicy sort of way.

On a side note: Things stuck in your braces...
Jun 3, 2006 1:57AM PDT

The radio station by me had a constest of sorts. One of the DJ's got braces and they had ppl call in and vote on the 5 worst things to eat when you have braces. They came up with peanutbutter-fluff, sweedish fish, snickers, rost beef sandwich, and popcorn. He had to eat them on air, and I'd have to say he sounded kind of annoyed. It was just hard to tell because there was so much food stuck in his mouth! lol.

Speaking of Halloween ...

Those GOD AWFUL peanut butter-flavored monstrosities that come in the orange or black waxy paper.

Ewwww!!

Noooooooo ..
Jun 3, 2006 3:44AM PDT

Not Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Those are good.

You'd recognize them if you saw them. No chocolate, wrapped individually in either black- or orange-waxy paper, and smell kind of like peanut butter, but taste FAR worse when you eat it. It's all dry and disgusting.

Nope, not those either ...
Jun 4, 2006 3:58PM PDT

I'm trying to find a picture of them somewhere on the internet. I'll post it as soon as I find one.

The best I can describe them is that they are these disgusting taffies with dried up peanut butter inside them, and then individually wrapped in either orange or black wax paper.

Every kid hated getting them from a house on Halloween.

I Love those!

(of course, keeping up with the american candy trade is one of my past times, taking trips to the US just for candy - I would never do such a thing - honest!)

thick with ewww

"annoyed" tastes like the taste you get in your mouth after not brushing your teeth for a few days (hopefully for a good reason e.g. forgetting your toothbrush on a survivalist camping trip) while eating nothing but sushi covered in sliced onions and garlic fries. It's not so much of a taste as it is a really bad smell that carries over to a few other sences.

I actually do 'taste' being annoyed
Jun 3, 2006 7:25AM PDT

It is like putting a 9-volt battery to your tounge.

But you get that 'feeling/taste' in the back of your mouth, near your throat.

Do you like gouda cheese? Its flavored with...
Jun 4, 2006 7:10PM PDT

...bovine amniotic fluid. I guess the cow doesn't necessarily need to be "mad," though. It smells really, really bad. A little goes a long way. A few ounces will flavor many, many pounds of cheese.

It doesn't bother me. I still like gouda. But, being from Wisconsin, nothing can ruin my love of cheese.

I can't even begin to tell you how sorry I am for what you viewed as an "unrelated post". Then again it's not really your jurisdiction. And do I sense a bit of hypocrasy in your post, being as unrelating as talking about "shampoos containing placentas" in a thread about a dialogue from the incredible Veronica Belmont? So keep patrolin' those forums Mr. robstak, until every thread has seen what you fit to be just. I salute you!
