I was wandering if anyone has had one or used one . I am thinking of buying this for my first digital camera. I want to take pictures of my nephew and flowers and famliy. Please let me know if there is a better camera for what I want to use it for?

Pretty advanced for your uses......

That is more of a dSLR alternative. For what you said you would use it for, you could get a lower priced camera with the features you need. It is a good camera for an amateur-professional, but I wouldn't recommend it if it is your first camera. But overall a nice camera.

Sony H2

So far, there are no reviews on the H2, and there may not be any because it is not that different from the H1. Mainly they added one mega-pixel for the H2.

There is also an H5 which adds still one more mega-pixel.

The "H" series has been popular and would be a good choice. I just checked some sample photos from the H1 and it has a very sharp lens. You will like the picture quality.

Here is a link that compares the specifications of the "H" series of cameras:

Notice the red stars in each column. That is how owners of the camera rates the camera.
You can read "owner's opinions" by clicking the link right under the red stars.

There is also a review of the H1....click on the Green link right under the photo of the H1.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
