What code or script?

Hi,

I currently email a databse of subscibers different information based on their preferences. I am using XP, along with Excel and Word.

I was using the word conditional formatting - IF THEN ELSE - and merging to email, but have since been told by IT that we need to use an email campaign manager.

EG: Jane Smith jane@smith.com A1 A5 A6

This information then corresponds to another file - A1 = a list of information, which I copied into the - if A1 not blank insert:

The campaign manager that we currently use does the basics. When you create a campaign you upload one list to send to - this is the same list that has peoples preferences.

How can I incorporate this in the campaign manager? I basically need to say in the HTML coding that if that cell is not blank insert blah, blah, blah.

Can this de done?

Thanks
Jess
