A graphics card that will fit into a pci slot. For graphics.
A good sound card. For streaming media.
Another operating system that would be more efficient. For a server, firewall, router.
A dvd writer. For playing and making movies.
A tape drive. For aserver, storage.
A few more hard drives. A RAID server.

Get a set of matching RAMS

Don't mix and match, keep it simple. This site will give you the specifications for the RAM you can use:

Know what those specifications mean before you buy. The devil is in the details.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
