did you try another browser to see if it is a browser or phone issue

And you're connected to Internet either via WiFi or 3G or 4G and all other apps that use Internet do work?
And you can open other websites? Or none at all?
And you can open this same website from any other device?

Works on my 5S in Safari.

Please answer Kees' questions next.

And it opens fine but no download for the same reasons as other downloads fail. This can confuse a new iPhone user.
