Question

What books should I read

Mar 22, 2018 8:35PM PDT

I’m in my last year of school and graduate in the end of May, I’m going into networking and was wondering what books I should read to prepare me for learning networking in college. Any books on the Linux/Microsoft command line, setting up a network, VM, penetration tests, troubleshooting and any other books that you think would be useful. It would be extremely helpful, thanks for your help.

Pick the latest version of CCNA Study Guide book. I used this to prepare to get into my first networking job.
This not only gives you all the information on the basic and advanced networking topics but since its preparing students for the CCNA exam , it also has multiple quizzes etc.
I used this mainly for theory. As an add on for the
practical purposes of learning networking I’ve been using this link:

The lecturer is good enough to explain each topic.
