It works for me. I have to say that backing up via WiFi takes a loooonnnnnnggg time!

Good luck.
Is there any PC (Windows 7 64b) backup/recovery software available which allows one to access a network (preferably wireless but ethernet is OK) and network attached storage (NAS) using a rescue boot disk.
Ultimately I want to run a backup/recovery software system which incrementally updates an image of an entire HDD on my PC laptop and then when the laptop's HDD crashes provide the ability to plug in a new HDD, boot from a rescue HDD and restore it completely.
I've tried Acronis and it doesn't work - the rescue disk cannot access my wireless network and cannot see the NAS. Based on the Acronis forums there are apparently 3rd party freeware plug-in apps which can allow the rescue disk to do this - but to me this seems to be getting to much into hacking and creating my own software.
I'm also trying EasyUS ToDo and Paragon but so far I haven't been able to create a rescue disk with either of those that would work.
To me it seems like a rescue/recovery software program at a minimum should be able to restore a laptop from data on a network but I'm not sure which (if any) programs do this.
Does anyone know of a rescue/recovery program that allows one to create a boot rescue disk that can be used to restore the system from a NAS?
