What are the various keys used for???

Hi,

I cant seem to find a list of all the keys and there functions. Is there a site with this info? All I find is general overview but no specifics?

I have a usb enhanced multimedia ps/2 keyboard I am using it with vista. the p/n is 5188-6077 s/n cl70713709

you provided none. There are a gazillion multimedia keyboards out there. Got a brand name and model number? Part numbers don't help.

that most such keyboards come with a manual (either hard-copy or on CD) that tells about the functions.
And that most such keyboards come with software that enables you to change the functions (like telling the www-key if it needs to run Internet Explorer or Opera).

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
