What are the best picture settings for Samsung UNEH5000FX

Hi I recently bought a Samsung 32' LED Backlight 1080p 60 hz UNEH5000FX tv and realized the picture looks really bad. Before buying this TV I read so many reviews on how the picture quality was great for the price and how it looked beautiful,etc. I have searched everywhere and can't find a good set of picture settings i.e. backlight, contrast, brightness, color, etc. I generally use the TV to watch movies, sports, regular TV, and to play PS3 on. If anyone owns the same TV and has found a great set of picture settings I would greatly appreciate you sharing it with me. Thanks in advance!
