What are the best headphones for ~200? or less

Hey guys,i juste bought headphones from ebay that are Beats by dr dre studio, but unfortunely they was fake ones so i return them today. I tried the real ones in a apple store and the sound quality is not that good, but i must admit that the bass are awesome!

Anyway i need new headphones so, for 200?(275USD) max.
I founded these to be a good remplacement to my beats studio i think:

-Koss MV1
-Shure srh440
-Sennheisser pxc 450
-Bose QC1
-Ultrasone-HFI-2400

What will be the best headphones? I want ones with a lot of GOOD basses(but not too bassy as the Dre's one is) and medium and highs that are as good as the bass.
And if you have any other headphones to show me, i want!
