I take it that it's 88MB today? That's about right for a meaningful app. I'm calling this out as a red herring since there is no limit to how small or how much effort could be spent in size reduction with nearly no payback in performance, maintainability and most of all RETURN ON INVESTMENT.

Let's say I was an investor and you told me the app was done, 88MB and you wanted to reduce its size. I would tell you no and have you move on to the next project.

I'm not writing it's not a bad idea to keep an eye on the app size but it's foolish to make it a goal today.
