Free and Simple to use and which gives us the facility to download the file.

There are already good tools (like ftp) to upload and download files to and from your PC and to and from your site. I wouldn't consider that a necessary feature of a program to make fonts.

If your criterion is "free" and "simple", I think that that excludes "professional". And, no doubt, professional programs are often the best, both in functionality and support.

But now you made clear what you wanted (a basic program), maybe some of our members with experience in this kind of programs can give you suggestions.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
