You remain the best protection.

Not one antivirus has stopped things like Conduit from installing. So it's clear that you remain the best protection.

http://download.cnet.com/1772-20_4-0.html?query=10+best+antivirus&platform=Windows%2CMac%2CiOS%2CAndroid%2CLinux%2CWebware%2CMobile&searchtype=downloads shows that Avast and AVG are tops in popularity but again with none stopping the more common malware and download.com adding adware which isn't stopped, who would call these "best"?

Try Avast but get it with Ninite. Here's why:

Best Antivirus

The first and the most important thing to decide the best antivirus for your PC is, try to analyze what kind of work you do most in your system such as web surfing, gaming or any other activity. This will decide the level of security you need.
Then you can refer the various antiviruses that match your requirement. Don't forget to check the customer's review for that antivirus.
But remember even if you choose the best antivirus you always need to update it else no antivirus program can fulfill your system demands.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
