Question

what a mess

i can't get the mach. to restore. says it was unable to restore to that time, tried several other points with the same results.
along with that my email program(incredimail) has disappeared, its totally gone. tried to reload from the home page and get an error mess. saying that the side by side config. is incorrect, whatever that means.
could sure use some help here, as this is way way over my head.

what operating system

try disabling all security or if you have a operating system disk for the installed os, then boot to it and try the restore. finally you can try a restore in safemode.
