By the questioner. Got The Donald to cancel an appearance?

Donald Trump's history of suggesting Obama is a Muslim

"We have a problem in this country. It's called Muslims," a man attending Trump's rally in Rochester, New Hampshire, said. "You know our current president is one. You know he's not even an American.""We need this question," Trump said, chuckling. "This is the first question."

The man continued: "We have training camps growing where they want to kill us. That's my question: When can we get rid of them?"

"We're going to be looking at a lot of different things," Trump said. "You know, a lot of people are saying that and a lot of people are saying that bad things are happening. We're going to be looking at that and many other things."

As a result of THAT question

Trump cancels S.C. appearance for business deal

What will he do when he becomes President and has to allow others to "take care of business"?

I think it's more "Duck and Cover" than "business".

Discussion is locked

I'd not show disrespect for crows

They may not be good to eat but they really like living among humans. They are also better problem solvers than have been a lot of our political leaders.

(NT) Can we now say the Donald has a birdbrain?

Or can we say that, when compared to some others out there,

a birdbrain is preferable? Birds don't squawk about racial, gender or sexual equality. If you sit on a bench under their nests, you get the same treatment as anyone else. Of course with some of our elected, the feeling we get is about the same.

And birds of a feather....

....have enough sense to flock together, with others of their own kind. Yet, they are all just birds.

Can we say you have one?

You sound like a mocking bird to me all the time.

James is the one that doesn't like the sound of a mocking bird...I prefer that sound over the sound of a crow, at least a mockingbird can "change their tune".

but they are excellent at alerting people and other animals to various issues going on around them. Mocking birds don't contribute much other than to mimic other birds for their own gain (sounds like liberal talking points).

So, do you like them or not?

You like to be warned but you don't like that it's a liberal that's warning you?

I think you're confused

The CROW warns of danger........the MOCKING BIRD just mimics other birds for their own gain. NO liberal has EVER warned us of danger....in fact, they go out of their way to paint rosy pictures, even to this day (ISIS reports being fudged)

Then it's your fault

YOU said

they are excellent at alerting people and other animals to various issues going on around them

Exactly what do they "alert me to" Everything BUT danger?

"The Mailman has delivered some mail'?

"There's a stray cat in your yard"?

"There's someone from The Tea Party coming to your door...;close the curtains and pretend there's no one home"?

I'll take the sound of crows, mockingbirds, blue jays...
Sep 19, 2015 4:34PM PDT

...you name it, over the sound of political bickering. At least the avian species has some logic attached to the sounds they make, when they make them, and for what purpose they are for. Their noises are for social, territorial and alarm reasons. From these sounds, even other species learn what each means and they are often used in mutual cooperation efforts. I can't say the same for political babble. Nothing useful to the general public results from political noise. The only ears who hear it as music are the politicians themselves.

As you said in another post in this thread

And birds of a feather .have enough sense to flock together, with others of their own kind.

So, Are you feeling complimented or insulted that we are both here?
