Weird things happening

Nov 3, 2005 10:33PM PST

I have Windows XP,...comcast broadband..HP system
when I turned on computer today...some fax error came up...said I did not install..I NEVER clicked on anything for faxing..I just turned on system..I dont even know if I can fax with this and dont care to know...what happened? How can I check my system? I uninstalled the Kodak software and did search for all files with Kodak in them...tried to delete them all, but some would not..I wonder if not all things Koadak had to do with my camera? did I mess up something??

Gwingee, Some Kodak Items May Be Image Viewers...

So it probably wasn't a good idea to delete all things Kodak..It may have caused an issue with the FAX program but in order to know for sure, we need the EXACT error message you have received..On the other hand, if you don't see the FAX error on the next restart, maybe it was just a temporary hiccup.

Hope this helps and let us know more.
