Right now our family is in the weirdest mess with our cell phones. Simply put, half of the family's on verizon, half of it on the old att TDMA. i want to get out of the TDMA NOW because all my calls are dropping. However I don't want to pay anything for cancellations. I know I could make up the fact that I'm moving and maybe they'll let me off, but I want to try fully legal options first. Is there some kind of inconsistency in the contract that I could point out that could let me out of this? My contract ends in five months..and from some of the other forum discussions I'm scared because I've been hearing horror stories about how Cingular/ATT just extends your contract without permission.
any help appreciated, thanks!
