Question

Weebly Website - adding a pricing database

Jun 30, 2016 6:48PM PDT

I am fairly new at web development and we are trying to add a pricing database to our website.

We have data files offline that we update regularly. These are prices for video games. The idea behind it is we want to offer it online as well and maybe eventually turn it into a web base POS.

The current site we have build is just for our services its brand new so plz don't laugh as we are working on a new logo still. www.****.com

Basically what I am wondering is would mysql be the way to go for this? It don't need to be complex just be able to search a UPC text field and bring up the results if it finds any.

Thanks.
Any info on where I can get started would help so much.
