Websites that rate prepaid cell providers and their phones.

Can anyone in this forum direct me to any website or websites that rate prepaid cell phone providers as well as the equipment they provide to their customers?

A website that would also offer customer feedback or user reviews on prepaid cell phone providers as well as also rate the equipment offered to customers by these providers.

For example if one brand of cell phone is considered to be better than another one; a star rating system; that would be very helpful. If anyone can be of assistance; I would certainly appreciate it.
