Here's what I'd do.

First download MalwareBytes and get it up to date. Make sure your antivirus program is up to date. Then boot to Safe Mode and do a full system scan with your antivirus and MalwareBytes. Start an elevated command prompt and issue this command: sfc /scannow.

I've already done that. I've had Malwarebytes and BitDefender since my computer was built

1. Try it in another Windows user account.
2. Reset the browsers.

Remember there are reports of this with some security suites.

Update your antivirus and run full scan. Restart the browser.
