Website redirection

I have a Dell Dimension 3000 with Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 (build 2600) and a 2.67 gigahertz Intel Celeron processer. Every time I click on a website whether I'm using Google, Yahoo, Bing or any other browser I am redirected to a totally different website. I uninstalled each browser and still the same thing happens. I have run AVG, Advast,Windows Defender, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, CCleaner and Ad-Aware, but have found no malcious software. I just don't know what to try next to solve this problem. Does anyone have an idea of what the problem is?

Perhaps an ISP issue

I am just guessing that it is caused due to some DNS error. Have you tried any other public DNS like OpenNS, google DNS etc.
I am not 100% sure, but it is worth a try.
