Check more accurate rank from moz or majestic (free) or ahref (paid). If you want to increase your rank think about good backlink profile.

Focus on On Page as well as Off Page

If you want to rank on top Google organic searches you should focus on on-page activities like unique content, internal linking, meta tags, image optimization, URL optimisation, H1 tags, NAP, website layout as well as on Off-page activities like blogging, infographics, local listing, ppt and more.
