I don't think there are online classes, but I learned everything I know from online tips which you can find through google, and I read "HTML 4 for the World Wide Web, Fourth Edition: Visual QuickStart Guide (4th Edition)" theres now a fifth edition which I want. You can get it at amazon.com and maybe a book store I haven't looked really. And if need to do something with HTML thats not in the book ask here on CNET.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
