Website (Downloads)

I am currently building a website and I am going to have a downloads section. I can host the files myself however to get companies to allow me has been hard so I was wondering am I allowed to post links from http://www.downloads.com from certain downloads to my website. I contacted support many time and they nevered gave me an answer.

Ideally the link would read something like "Click here to download *PROGRAM NAME* from Downloads.com" so people can clearly see without looking in the status bar where they are going.
