Website design, navigation and user experience review

Hi All,

We are an online gifting website where people can send the gifts to their loved one living in other cities. But we have gifts which are based on city of delivery. Hence we are asking users to chose the city for gift delivery instead of just getting it based on IP or GEO. However we are not sure that how does it play our from user flow and experience perspective. Our website is [removed by forum moderator]

Fake trust seal was temperary issue and has been fixed and now it is working fine.

I see that in the WOT forum we have been marked red, not sure how to get the geniune feedback and has asked the WOT community to have a look into.

Would request you to please rate us on WOT as per your feedback.

Any other feedback from usability perspective?

I can't guess why anyone would start with a fake trust seal.

It may take a year or two for folk to get the trust back. First impressions are so important and this web site blew that first impression.
