Webshots won't open

I loaded Netscape 7.2 and now webshots will not open. The file association is recognized. What else might it be?

Are you talking about Webshots the website, or specific files that you have downloaded to the computer? If files, then what is the file extension of these files?

What operating system are you using?

Which browser is the default? If Netscape, then possibly Internet Explorer is required to remain as the default so it can open various files types.
