Webshots & Email Attachments

Aug 11, 2006 12:32PM PDT

I have Windows Pro Pc Operating System. My email attachments always open to Webshots photo manager. Where do I change to default to another photo program to open my attachments. I am asking, unless you can resolve my webshots problem. My problem is this: The photo attachment when it opens to webshots, no image shows up. Webshots photo manager will show the same image over and over, unless I click another image. But the email attachment photo doesn't open to see the attachment photo. Also when I have done a backup of webshots, and have had to use it. I went to upload the images back on. Some of the webshots are jpeg and I can see the image, and all I had to do was double click the pic, and the picture opened and was back in my webshots photo manager. Then there are the others that are not jpeg format. Their in a wp1 file. When they are in that format, the file opens by a long digit numerals and you can't see what you want to upload back on to your pc. I asked for webshots help, they emailed me back, and said you can't print them, they are encrypted. I know that, and I explained what the problem was. They think I am trying to print the image, Not True! I just want to open the file when uploading, so it shows the picture, and all I have to do, is double click the file, and it places the pic back into the proper place in caterory and title, and will even show the title of the pic above it. When it is a wp1 file, it will only show the numeral on top, if I have opened the file. Hope this explains my problem enough for you to understand. It is hard to explain in words. Thank you for your help.
