Google's 'Blogger' under attack by streamlined Anti-CAPTCHA operations for spam

Websense Security Labs ThreatSeeker? technology has discovered that spammers, in their recent tactics, have targeted Google?s well-known blog publishing system ?Blogger? aka ?Blogspot?, following the streamlined Microsoft?s Live Mail Anti-CAPTCHA, Google?s Gmail Anti-CAPTCHA and Microsoft?s Live Hotmail Anti-CAPTCHA operations.

Spammers have managed to create automated bots that are capable of not only signing up and creating Blogger accounts (using spammer account credentials), but also use these accounts as redirectors and doorway pages for advertising their products and services.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
