Going rates & where to find them

It depends on what kind of design you are looking for. There are several firms that specializes in different designs. They usually charge around $35-40 an hour depending on the customization and your budget. I have worked with one that charges around that range and they specialized in ecommerce, entertainment, and manufacturing industries for designs. I recommend them and you can find them at xillent.com . Another one that I would mention is web.com and they provide numerous template design but you go through a step process with them. If you want to save some money you can go to elance.com and look at the reviews. I hope this helps you!!!

web designer rates

Hi - the rate a web designer charges can vary enormously. Usually they charge by the hour, so you would need to determine how many hours the web designer feels it would take to complete the project, and try to get something in writing as an estimate.

Take a look at the web designer's portfolio on their website - this should give you a good idea of the range of their skills.
