webdesign forum

Hi everyone. I have been searching and searching for a web design forum but my luck isnt good. I am an IT student who is a newbie in webdesign (just learning html, xhtml, and css). I was wondering if anyone knew of any good online communities that are dedicated to web design/interactive design.
