webcam being captured by another device

it works on yahoo,but not on msn. intel cs11o webcam,
have looked at everything and even uninstalled reinstalled, also did repair on it also still no avail.
any ideas goose5843@yahoo.com

you will have to contact Intel and MSN. it sounds to me like you have to use different software for MSN at the very least, and it is probable that MSN is blocking the web cam on purpose.
