Web site printing problem

Mar 22, 2004 1:57AM PST

We have for a while now been unable to print from a web site no matter which one. We could print at one point and are now unable to find where the problem is. Reinstalling the printer has not helped. We are told "An Error Has Occurred in the Script of this page
Line 93, Char 1, Error Access is denied, code O" then gives us an URL. Can anyone please please help here.
Thank you :o)

1. Please note that just above the text editor (where you enter a question on the forum) is the following paragraph, and if certain information is not present in your question, our reply may not be of much help:

Tip: If you are asking for help to troubleshoot a computer-related problem, please be sure to include all the necessary information (ie: operating system, model number, hardware, software, etc) that will help others identify your problem for a speedy resolution.

2. Since there are so many, can I suggest you scroll through and open a "document" you're interested in a new window.

We are running Windows XP. Internet Explorer and cannot print from a web page used to be able to ! !. Reinstalling the printer did not correct it. someone suggested start prog Acc/system tools/system restore. and to go back to a date that predates the problem etc but we do not want to risk loosing things on the computer. Any more help out there please.
thank you all

If you have Windows 98FE or SE, then try repairing your IE. Do this by going to the "Add/Remove Programs section in the Control Panel. You then try to delete IE, but it will ask you if you want to repair it. Do it. If you have Windows XP, then go this way; Start/Programs/Accessaries/System Tools/System Restore. Go back to a date that predates your problem. JB
