Web page printing.

Oct 20, 2006 7:05PM PDT

With a web page open if I go to Print on the File menu this opens the dialogue box. If I click the options tab the three options to control which parts of the web page are "Greyed out". Why would this be please?

I have XP SP2 and an HP 6122 printer.

I am trying to print 3 web pages of support notes I have accumulated from the Sony Support Centre. Only the second and third page will print the first page is blank except for the Sony graphics. Does anyone have any ideas please?

In the web page, use your mouse to highlight all the pages you want to print. Then goto File > Print, and see if the "Selection" radio button is available. If so, use that.
