WEB OS - "UPDATE REQUIRED" to Launch -- HANGS BLACK SCREEN

We just purchased the new OLED 65" LG TV. When we try to access ANY of the APPS, we receive this message : "Update Required. You must update this app to launch it."

We click on UPDATE and the screen just goes BLACK and never returns ... of are we not waiting long enough (e.g., 5 mins+?) Any ideas? We definitely have it connected to our WiFi.

The update took over 30 minutes.

Since it's new, be sure to call such problems into the seller and maker.

Worked with LG Tech on CHAT. They had me just unplug the TV for 1 min & back up... Worked perfectly after that.
