Seems to answer itself. That is, the redirect html code would be at the first URL and send you on to the next.
Item 3 is not good at all. That is, the URL shown in the top of the browser must reflect where the page came from or else the browser would be deemed broken. There are ways with embedded another site inside a frame but I'm sure even the second year student could see the mixed domain content and see where the content is coming from. Firefox's extensions make that rather easy to list today.
And item 3 sounds like you are trying to hide something. When it comes to the web, if you try to obfuscate items you usually get slammed on reviews by users at Web Of Trust or other. I would not suggest you try that.
