Web Browser decision HELP

Aug 12, 2013 9:25AM PDT

I have just recently built a new computer for myself running windows 8.

I'm wondering what the best browser is to use. On my old PC running windows XP I enjoyed Chrome the best because of its simple layout, the omnibar and since I was sharing a computer I had no need to personalize it with password manager bookmarks and such.

However now that I have my own computer I would like to take a full personalized approach. So far I am using IE it seems to work the best on windows 8, both Chrome & Mozilla have trouble viewing certain things. And the way it displays webpages on IE looks a lot nicer. However IE sucks with add-on's!

Any recommendations?

The best is determined by you.

As to IE addons, I removed all of them as that's what's best for me.

What to decide?

There's no need at all to use one and the same browser for all sites. So the best decision might be to keep all and use one of the three by default, but one or the others if it works better for a specific site.

So, given what you tell, you use Chrome by default and IE for the sites that have those undisclosed certain things that give trouble in Chrome.
