Video streaming in these Smart TVs fail most of the time. It's not a bug but a limitation.
If you want to see AMC content on a smart TV you look for their app. The web browser should fail.
Just got a 50 inch 6500 TV. I use the WEB browser to get to AMC.com. I want to watch a video. It sends me to my content provider xfinity, next I need to enter my xfinity id and password, in 2 fields. I select the UID field with the virtual mouse pointer and enter the ID. Now I need to advance to the Password field but, there is noting on the virtual keyboard to switch fields. If I exit, it sends the login in with no password and I have to start over. In an infinite loop. TV will not connect to my blue tooth keyboard. The virtual keyboard and mouse really suck.
