My mom got the NetZero thing. But I can't tell if you are in Montana or Monte Carlo.

We need a cheap ISP. The cheaper the better as long as we have a safe connection.
We are looking into going back to dial up. The library is 20 miles round trip. We could pay for decent service as opposed to driving there.
But we need to save some money every month. We do not have many options as far as where to cut spending. I got the land line down to a bare minimum. Our cell phone bill is about as low as it can go, from what I've checked around. We have to keep our land line because we have terrible cell service at home.
We have antenna TV
Can't figure out how to lower our electric bill. We checked and we are about the same as our neighbors. Can't afford new appliances. So we are stuck with the older more inefficient appliances we have. We have half our light bulbs out to save that little tiny bit.
What is our best option for a dial up service? Wasn't sure there was even still such a thing available anymore.
Health related.
