WBEM Folder mystery

Hi Everyone
I have just noticed a new folder as appeared on my hard drive in windows named WBEM inside are 2 files called MOF files could anyone please tell me what these are for and can I delete them.

Not as much of a mystery as my answer

I wouldnt delete it - it has something to do with Windows Management Instrumentation (MSI).

I dont understand MSI to explain it, but it is required for Windows Security Center, Firewall and Internet Connection Sharing.

There is also a file (you may not see this depending on your settings) called framedyn.dll thats sytem restore uses.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
