Belarc

can probably help with that. Go to http://www.belarc.com and run (then print the results for a handy reference) the on-line program (it's free and non-invasive). It will list everything hardware related that is installed on your computer, including maker and model numbers and version numbers. It will also list all programs installed, including windows, along with any registration/license/product code keys and the program version. It will also list all MS hotfixes that have been installed.

on a floppy disk and take it to run on all computers I work on (it can be run within the windows environment from the floppy disk instead of having to go to the internet). Great troubleshooting tool.....

You're very welcome
