Question

Water dripped on touchpad

Feb 9, 2015 4:37AM PST

Last night some water from my glass dripped on my touchpad. It wasnt much and wiped it off so nothing was left but not sure if any got in the tracks. However last night it started acting up and would only move sideways and not up or down but everything else worked and after leaving it off not nothing on it works today.I think there should have been enough time for it to dry by now so is there anything I can do to make it work again?

My computer is a toshiba with windows 8 and a synapse toughpad.
