Water damaged Galaxy A520F 2017..

I have Samsung galaxy A520 2017 model which is water Proof. I put it into the water of swimming pool to take some Selfies. But after that, my mobile touchscreen is stops working properly. I put my mobile into the rice bag for alnost 28 hours and also put infront of Sun rays but the problem is not solved. Touch is not working from the top(left to right) and from left( top to bottom) like this '''''''''|

Clarification Request

So far, no phone is thoroughly water proof.

All are rated to some rating but you will find again and again folk that discover (most are very mad about it too) that there is no water proof phone.

We must protect these in spite of the ratings. And maybe it could have taken a dunk new but as time passes a seal may fail and water will mean the end of this phone.
