Those answers have to be handled by the Service Center or ECR, whichever department you dealt with to get the last television. I don't know what conditions they set on an exchanged set. If you explain your situation, and they aren't able to help you out, get a transaction number and I'll see what I can do on my end.
I know that all television sets carry a one year warranty, does this still apply if you have been given an exchange for another set? I know that you have a three month warranty with the replacement unit but does the original warranty than roll over? Do i have to register my replacement TV on the website for that to happen or do they do that for me?
Because right now i am trying to open up a repair ticket on Samsungs website and it's only showing the set i had prior to the exchange and my status is showing up as "out of warranty for parts and labor" So i am a bit confused.
